The act
The drinks after your wedding ceremony could be an inviting setting to explore Ingrid James and her jazz singing. The Queensland vocalist's experience includes small ensembles from duos to quintets as well as performances with the Queensland Symphony and Philharmonic orchestras. Her musical work also includes singing with the Brisbane Contemporary Jazz Orchestra, a nineteen piece big band. She has worked with Louise Denson on the Wild Silk Strings Project, giving you another strand of her repertoire and collaborations to investigate. A smaller jazz setting would be particularly appealing while you and your guests settle into conversation at the beginning of the reception.
