Infectious Groove
The act
Cousins, acoustic instruments, and a looping pedal doing the work of a much larger band. Infectious Groove formed recently as a duo in Sydney, and the looping is the point: layers build up live in front of you, so an acoustic act fills a room the way a full line up would. It keeps the set up small, which venues appreciate, without thinning out the sound. Good for a wedding, a cocktail function, a private party or a corporate event where space is tight but you still want something with weight to it.

Dylan and I can honestly say the guys were not only a highlight of our wedding but they were so flexible, engaging and lovely to deal with. The song they also learnt for us was just wonderful. Dyl has also worked as a musician for quite some years too in a previous career so he had a lot to say about how they worked the crowd and made it feel like an awesome concert. Also, everyone danced to literally every one of their songs after the dinner set - so awesome. We'll send photo and videos when they come through! Appreciate you being so great to work with.
