Hint Of Swing play jazz standards, Latin numbers, American Songbook material, swing and blues, with male or female vocal arrangements available if you want a singer out front. Musical director Ivan Cocking spent years as a bandmaster and music director of Regular Army bands, and has backed Shirley Bassey, Roy Orbison, Helen Shapiro and Eartha Kitt. The band can work with a venue's sound system or bring its own. They take public and private bookings from Brisbane down through the Gold Coast and as far south as Byron Bay. Full public liability insurance is held.

The band works with whatever the venue already has. If there is a house sound system, they will run through it. If there is not, they bring their own. Either way it is handled at their end, so this is one job you can take off your list.
