Acoustic duo out of Cairns and the Northern Beaches, playing pop, rock and acoustic favourites. Gracie B Singing turn up 60 to 90 minutes early to set up and actually meet you, then play three 45-minute sets across three hours with two short breaks. The song list is heavy on Australian material, with Khe Sanh, Flame Trees, Cheap Wine, The Horses and Don't Dream It's Over sitting beside Dreams, Ain't No Sunshine and Wagon Wheel. They can hold a room at low volume while guests are mingling, or push it up when people want to sing. Their own PA comes with them, so the venue just needs flat ground and a few power points. Weddings, corporate nights, bistros and restaurants are all familiar ground, and they carry full public liability insurance.

Good to know
What to expect
They're at the venue an hour or more before the first song, partly to set up properly and partly to say hello and check nothing has changed. The standard shape is three 45-minute sets over three hours, with two short breaks in between. Where it gets useful is the range in between, because they can sit at background volume while people are still arriving and sipping, then lift it once the room wants to sing. Special requests are welcome, so ask.
On the day
The PA is theirs and it's good gear, so there's nothing to hire. From the venue they need a safe, flat spot to perform in and a few power outlets within reach. That's the lot.
Performance options
Four tiers, and they climb sensibly. Base level is the vocalist and guitarist duo for a three-hour set, fully insured, PA included, tailored to the venue. There's a version built specifically for one-off private events, corporate functions and parties, where the whole three hours is shaped around the occasion rather than a regular venue night. Above that sits a media package, which adds a professional videographer filming the highlights so you come away with footage as well as the music. Weddings and larger events are quoted individually, since no two are the same.
