The act
More than 2,900 performances is a lot of dance floors, and Funkstar have played most kinds of them across Australia and overseas. The material spans six decades, which is a deliberate choice: it keeps the older guests happy without leaving the younger half of the room waiting. Mash ups get mixed in with full versions so the music runs without stopping. Everything is played live. No backing tracks, just the players. Four different line up sizes are available, so the band can be scaled to the size of your event. Corporate functions, weddings and venues are the regular work.
