The material runs from the 60s through to the 90s, so the songs are the ones most rooms already know the words to. Recorded music covers the arrival, the two breaks and the wind-down afterwards, which means the room never goes quiet on you. Sound gear and lights come with the band, and both are good quality.
Nothing exotic, but a quick chat about the room saves grief later. The band will want to know where to park and unload, how early they can get in the door, and whether the set is happening under a roof or out in the weather. Sort that out when you enquire and load-in on the day is a non-event.
