Phoebe works through it with you, and if you tell her the theme or the mood you're after she'll go back over the choices and check they suit the ambience you've described. New songs are possible if there's something specific you want, though she needs about two months' notice, or the request in at the time you book. What lands on the day is a performance built for your event rather than a standard set with your name on it.
On the day
Solo with backing tracks needs a power point within two metres of where you'd like her to sing, plus parking nearby or a drop-off point close to the entrance. If she's performing with a pianist or a string trio and there's no piano at the venue, the pianist will need a power point on the same terms. Allow around two metres square per person for the space.
