What to expect
What arrives depends entirely on what you asked for, because this is a pool of Sydney musicians rather than one fixed line-up. A soloist for a drinks hour. A four or five piece when the dancing matters. Or the nine piece big band with dancers, which is a different night altogether. R&B, jazz, soul, rock and the hits people wait all evening to hear. The musicians have played internationally and locally, and the planning happens with you beforehand, so nothing about the night is a surprise on the day.
Performance options
Size it to the room. Soloists and duos for something restrained, four and five piece bands where you want a proper dance floor, big bands when the occasion carries it. Dancers can go on top, and DJs are part of the roster too, so the music keeps running when the band steps off. Weddings, corporate events and private functions are all regular work.
