Down for the Count play the hits and the half-forgotten ones from 1974 to 1987: AC/DC, The Angels, Australian Crawl, Skyhooks, Dragon, Icehouse, INXS, Midnight Oil, Hoodoo Gurus, Split Enz, Paul Kelly, Bowie, The Cure, Billy Idol, The Clash. Melbourne based, one to three sets depending on what the night needs. PA, lighting and the rest of the gear all come with them, so somewhere to stand and a couple of power points is the whole list. Setup takes an hour and a half to two hours. Expect a hoarse voice by the end, which is rather the point.
