Guitarist and DJ Jesse Sciancalepore runs Double Trouble out of Adelaide, working with a rotating group of experienced musicians and DJs including vocalists Georgia Casbarra and Rachel Vidoni. You can book a solo acoustic, an acoustic duo, a full band, a DJ, or a combination, and the song list stretches from Brown Eyed Girl and Billie Jean through to Blank Space. There's also a mirror photo booth and a 360 video booth if the event wants them. They've played pub shows, restaurants, corporate functions, birthdays, christenings and weddings. All PA, lighting and gear comes with the booking, whatever the venue looks like. The pitch is a live interactive show rather than background music, and they mean the interactive part.

Double Trouble is run by guitarist and DJ Jesse Sciancalepore, who works with a rotating group of experienced musicians and DJs, vocalists Georgia Casbarra and Rachel Vidoni among them, plus guest players as the booking calls for it. You can have a DJ, an acoustic duo or a band. The repertoire spans the 60s through to the top 40, so a room with grandparents and twenty-somethings in it can both find something. And the aim isn't background music. It's a live interactive show, and they've taken it into pubs, bars, restaurants, corporate functions, birthdays, weddings and christenings.
On the day
PA, lighting and all the gear comes with the booking, and it gets matched to whatever the venue happens to be. A bare function room, a restaurant corner or a marquee out the back all work the same way. Nothing needs sourcing at your end, which is worth knowing if your venue has no house system at all.
