The act
Cami Parr plays sax and flute over a DJ set, live, in the room. More than 700 shows across festivals, venues and private events in Australia and overseas sit behind that, including time in the Latin Grammy winning band Monsieur Perine. On sax you'll hear things like Jubel, Fireball, This Girl and Mr Saxobeat. On flute, So Flute, Expressing What Matters and Summer Goes By. Guitar and keys are in the kit as well, plus original material. The music leans house, disco, funk, Latin, pop and rock, and Cami has played Irish, Italian, Indian and Latin weddings, engagements and birthdays around Sydney. If you've already booked a DJ, he'll improvise over their set instead. Extra singers or musicians can be added. Sponsored by Kopelli Sax and covered for public liability.

Good to know
What to expect
The sax and flute are played live over the beat, not layered in beforehand, which changes how a floor responds. On saxophone the regulars are Jubel by Klingande, Pitbull's Fireball, This Girl by Kungs, Down Deep and Mr Saxobeat. The flute pieces lean elsewhere: So Flute by Saint Germain, Expressing What Matters from Disclosure, and Summer Goes By by Iamalex. Original material gets a run too, and guitar and keys are both in the kit if the room suits them. Already sorted your own DJ? Cami will improvise across their set rather than replace it.
