The venue needs to be open to Renkun a good two hours before your start time. All the audiovisual equipment comes from Renkun, so there's no hire list for you to chase and nothing to organise through the venue beyond letting him in early enough. If load-in is up stairs or through a service lift, say so when you enquire, because that changes how long the two hours needs to be.
Packages are built separately for weddings and for corporate events and parties, since the two need different things. Weddings include the planning app, the meetings and the full audiovisual setup. Corporate and party bookings are more straightforward. MC work, a photo booth and extra lighting can all be added to either.
