They bring their own PA and lighting, and you're welcome to use the mic for speeches. They need an hour before guests arrive to set up and sound check, plus power and parking.

You can pick particular tracks off their list, or just describe the feel you want and let them build the sets. Breaks are covered with recorded mixes, so there's no awkward silence while they're off getting a drink.
An hour at the venue before guests arrive, for set up and a sound check. Power for the PA. Parking somewhere sensible, since the gear has to come out of a car. And it helps to flag anything unusual in advance: a side street load in, no parking nearby, or a venue that insists on tag and tested leads. None of it is a problem if they know beforehand.
