Bluesy vocals, acoustic guitar, a bit of percussion behind it, and a nostalgic run of songs from the 1960s through the 2000s. It suits a lunch, an afternoon or an early dinner crowd best. All ages find something they know, and nobody has to shout over it.
The standard Bourbon & Steel booking is three sets of 45 minutes using the venue's in-house PA, with refreshments for the two of them. Power supply is the one thing that has to be there. Where a venue has no PA of its own, they can supply and set up their own instead. Flag that in your enquiry so it's arranged rather than discovered on the day.
