What to expect
Every party runs to a structure, and that structure gets tailored to the age of the kids in the room. Take the Disco and Karaoke package: the children spend the whole thing being pop stars. The birthday child is the centre of it and gets made a proper fuss of. The entertainer teaches funky dance moves, the kids sing into real microphones and can request the songs they want, and team building games run through the middle with prizes handed out for the best dancers. There's a 10 to 15 minute break for food, and while everyone eats, the entertainer puts tattoos on each guest. That timing shifts a bit depending on how many children are there.
On the day
They come with the lot: a professional entertainer, PA system, disco lights, a cordless mic for the entertainer and microphones for the children. Music covers current top 40, classics and preschool favourites for the younger ones, and requests are welcome. Tattoos and lolly prizes are included, with other prizes available as an extra. From you, all they need is access to power and a small table to set up on. Packages vary, so it's worth asking about yours.
