The act
A husband and wife covers act on the Gold Coast who can play standing still or walk the room while they do it. The playlist runs past 200 tracks and sits squarely in the 70s, 80s and 90s, so most people hear something they already know. They've worked for IGA, Coles, Westpac, Microsoft, IKEA, Mitre 10, the Hilton, Indy, the Gold Coast Marathon and the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show. Fully self sufficient, which means no PA to organise on your end. Power is handy for recharging but not essential. Stage, beach or backyard, they're happy either way. Fully insured for public liability.

What to expect
A husband and wife who play covers and don't need to stand still to do it. Blue Poppy can hold a stage for a set, or move through your guests playing as they go, which changes the feel of a room completely. The playlist is retro through and through, seventies, eighties and nineties, so almost everybody hears something they grew up with. It works at a private party, a corporate function, a club or a pub. Interactive is the word they use, and they mean it, they'll talk to people rather than perform at them.
On the day
Nothing at all, and that's not a figure of speech. They're fully self sufficient, so there's no PA to hire and no sound to organise. A stage suits them, so does the beach, so does your back lawn. Access to 240V is handy for recharging if it's there, but the set will run without it.
