The act
Once the wedding reception is ready for familiar songs with some less expected choices, Black Cow can draw from several decades. Suzi and John combine different professional and musical backgrounds within the act. Their covers include material associated with David Bowie, Jackson Browne, The Pretenders, Faith Hill, Steely Dan and Motown. One or two original songs may also enter the wedding performance, adding Suzi and John's own music among the covers. The strongest detail is the way their vocals and guitars remain live against custom accompaniment built without those parts, preserving the duo's direct performance.
