Roving is what this band is built for, and the scale moves with the event: four players, fifty players, or anything between. Sets are loud and quick-moving, the marching band outfits look sharp, and vocalists can be added, including for the roving sets, which not many brass bands offer. If there's a song that matters to the occasion, they'll write a custom arrangement of it. They also bring in other performers they like working with, and they'll travel anywhere in Australia.
Unamplified, there's nothing to set up at all. They can walk into your venue already playing, which is a genuinely good entrance for a wedding or a launch. Bigger shows are a different conversation, and they'll work out PA and microphone options with you depending on the room and the audience size.
Modern pop arranged for horns, mostly, and it's built for dancing. Lizzo's About Damn Time and 2 Be Loved, Taylor Swift's Bad Blood and Blank Space, Believer, Cheap Thrills, Flowers, Crazy in Love, CUFF IT, Happy, Get Lucky, Can't Stop the Feeling and Don't Stop the Music. There's a big disco and 80s streak too: I Will Survive, I'm Coming Out, Celebration, I Want You Back, Faith, Human Nature, I'm Still Standing and ABBA's Gimme Gimme Gimme. Plus La Bamba, Jump in the Line, Barbie Girl, Grace Kelly, Heads Will Roll and Bourbon Street Parade for the traditional New Orleans end. The list dates from mid 2023 and keeps moving.
