Three live sets spread across three to four hours, so the night has proper shape to it rather than one long stretch of music. All the equipment is theirs, PA and lighting included, and the lighting is there to make it look like an actual rock show rather than a band in a corner. The host gets an All Fired Up t-shirt thrown in. Their own summary of the night is that it'll be one of the best of your life, which is a big claim, but they're clearly not bored of doing this.
One to two hours in the venue before your start time. That covers load in, setting up the PA and lighting, and a sound check with nobody in the room. Ask your venue when you can actually get access, because that's the detail that trips people up, and pass the answer on when you enquire.
