Solo for a church ceremony, duo for the reception: Alicia Vanessa covers both ends of a wedding, and plenty in between. The repertoire runs from 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s classics through pop, RnB, soul, disco and rock 'n' roll, with a songlist that moves from At Last and Chain of Fools to Norah Jones, Rihanna and Lady Gaga. Alicia has performed all over Australia, sharing stages with some of the country's best musicians and recording artists, and has played many of Melbourne's best-known venues. Private and corporate functions are as welcome as weddings. Allow up to two hours for setup, plus enough space to work with.

Good to know
What to expect
Alicia has sung all over the country, alongside some of Australia's best musicians and recording artists, and through a lot of Melbourne's better known venues. The repertoire is deliberately wide: classics from the 60s through the 90s, plus pop, RnB, soul, disco and rock and roll. She works as a solo for a church ceremony, or as a duo for a private or corporate function, so the same voice can cover different parts of the same day.
On the day
Allow up to two hours before the performance for setup, and make sure there's enough room at the spot they're playing to get everything in place properly. Two hours is the outside figure rather than the usual one, but it's the number to build your run sheet around so nobody is still plugging things in as guests walk through the door.
