How long it runs depends on how many you book: ten minutes for three performers, fifteen for four, twenty for five, and up to eight if the room warrants it. Staff who turn out to be nothing of the sort is the premise, which is why it hides so well inside a seated wedding reception. Then the routine lands: dance in unison, breaking, contemporary, acrobatics, chairs and canes balanced on, cheerleading lifts, and flames if you ask for them. Your guests get drawn in too, and individual pieces come and go to fit the evening. Every booking gets its own music track produced to match the length chosen. Waiters who turn out not to be waiters. Once the routine kicks in you get synchronised dance, breaking and contemporary work, acrobatics, and balancing on chairs and canes. There's calisthenics pole work in there, cheerleading stunts and lifts, and fire if you want it. Guests get pulled in too, so the room isn't just watching. Routines come out and go in depending on what suits your night.
One wireless microphone is needed, and it gets used for working the crowd rather than for singing. The performance area wants to be at least four metres square, though get in touch if your space is an awkward shape and we'll work out what's possible. And if you want fire in the show, the venue's smoke alarms need isolating first.
